To receive discount, all pre-registrations must be received by March 5, 2010 or will be charged the higher rate. Pre-registrants are guaranteed t-shirts and goodie bags. Late registrants are not guaranteed t-shirts or goodie bags.
Race-Day Registration (registration 3/6/10 up to and including 3/20/10)
$25.00 8K run / $20.00 5K walk / $10 1/2 mile fun run
Late registrants are not guaranteed t-shirts or goodie bags. Please print off registration form, complete and bring to the registration table by 9:00 am if you are registering the day of the event. ** All same day registrants must pay by cash or check only.
Team-Registration
Fees as above will apply based on date of registration. Teams will also receive prizes for top fundraiser and largest team participating.

**All pre-registrants are encouraged to pick up their registration packets on 3/19 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at PCFLV offices, 3312 Seventh Street, Lower Level, Whitehall PA
Honor/Memoriam Sign:
You can help us line the path with "In Honor Of" or "In Memory Of" for your loved ones. Please complete the form attached to registration, or if you are not participating but one to buy a sign, please submit the attached form. Cost per signage is $5 per name.
Parking:
Parking is at a premium. Signs will direct you to available lots and street parking ...remember to car pool if you can. Main parking will be at the Coplay Parkway, Ironton Railtrail Railhead and Sayre Kilns. Check back for more info on parking.
Volunteers:
As with any event, it takes lots of volunteers to make the day a success. If you are interested in being a volunteer for our event, please contact PCFLV at 610-393-9215 or runtolive@pcflv.org

5K participants with strollers must begin 5K at the back of the line
No dogs permitted on course
Strollers are not permitted in the 8K run
