Adolescent Girls Support Group is open to girls of ages 16-18.

The group meets every other Tuesday, October 13, 2009-May 4, 2010 from 5-6:30 pm.

A $45.00 fee will be charged at the time of the group for each 90-minute session, payable by cash, check, MasterCard/Visa. This support group is not eligible for insurance reimbursment.

Enroll by September 15, 2009 in order to participate in this group.

The biweekly support group offers adolescent girls, ages 16-18, the opportunity to process a variety of developmental issues relevant to adolescence in a supportive environment, and help them learn to overcome difficulties they may be struggling with, such as: socialization, conflict resolution, family relationships, depression and self esteem, body image, sexuality, high risk behaviors, addictions, promiscuity, self-mutilation, assertiveness, stress management and anger management.

Participants will be able to communicate with each other within an atmoshpere of emotional support and privacy.
